DesignaKnit 9 Knitting Machine Software

DesignaKnit 9 is the latest software to be used in conjunction with the Silver Reed computerised knitting machine.

There are three versions: -

• Standard
• Professional
• Complete

This software allows you to create and amend complete knitted garment patterns either from scratch, or by using basic shape files. So you're on your way to having everything you need to design professionally.

The Stitch Designer allows a wide variety of stitch patterns to be applied to your design.

If the Silver Link 5 cable is attached this allows for Interactive Knitting between your computer and your machine.

DesignaKnit Graphics Studio allows you to translate line drawings, photos, scanned designs, or pictures into stitch patterns.

The Machine Pro and Complete have the added benefit of Original Pattern Drafting which allows complete freedom of designing and pattern shaping.

The Complete version applies equally to machine and hand knitters. It contains everything from the Standard and Pro versions, as well as a complete design and charting system for the hand knitter.
